Livit Community Guidelines

Livit is a community of concert fans. These guidelines are part of our Terms of Use. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Zero-tolerance policy
Livit has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Users who upload, post, share, or transmit objectionable content — including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content involving minors, doxxing, incitement to violence, scams, or other illegal content — and users who engage in abusive behavior toward other members will be removed from the platform.
Every member can:
- Flag objectionable content from any post, comment, or message via the overflow menu.
- Block abusive users from their profile — blocked users are removed from the reporter's feed immediately and flagged to our moderation team.
Reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours. Confirmed offenders are ejected from the platform and their content removed.
Community spirit
Livit is a place to:
- Discover concerts and share moments
- Connect with other fans respectfully
- Live music together, online and in real life
It is not a place for:
- Toxic, aggressive, or discriminatory behavior
- Illegal or shocking content
- Spam, harassment, or manipulation
What's not allowed
🚫 Prohibited content
- Hate speech: racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, antisemitism, Islamophobia, or any discrimination based on origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, etc.
- Harassment and intimidation: targeted insults, threats, doxxing.
- Violence: incitement, glorification, terrorist or extremist content.
- Explicit sexual content, nudity, pornographic material.
- Minors: any content depicting minors inappropriately. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material — reported immediately to authorities (NCMEC in the US; signaled to the relevant authority in the user's jurisdiction).
- Drugs and illegal substances: promotion or sale.
- Illegal activities: weapons, counterfeit tickets, drugs, fraud, etc.
- Misinformation: false information about concerts, artists, or current events.
- Content you don't own or have rights to: only post photos, videos, audio, or text that you personally captured or for which you hold the necessary rights and permissions. This includes — and is not limited to — third-party concert footage, copyrighted music or artwork, official press photos, brand or artist logos, ticket scans, and images of identifiable people who haven't consented to being shared. 🚫 Prohibited behavior
- Spam: repetitive messages, unsolicited ads, promotional links.
- Impersonation: pretending to be another user, an artist, or a Livit team member.
- Manipulation: buying likes/followers, fake accounts, brigading.
- Ban evasion: creating a new account after suspension.
- Unauthorized commercial use: selling products/services without prior approval.
- Scraping and bots: automated scripts, data extraction.
Reporting content
If you see content that violates these guidelines:
- Tap the message → Report
- Choose the reason
- Add a comment if needed
Reports are anonymous to the reported author. You may also report an entire user.
Our commitment: every report is processed within 24 hours. Manifestly unlawful content is removed immediately.

Blocking a user
User profile → Block
A blocked person:
- Cannot message you
- Cannot see your profile
- Is no longer visible to you in public conversations
You can unblock anytime from settings.
Consequences

| Repeated violations | Temporary suspension (1-30 days) |
| Serious violation (harassment, illegal content) | Permanent ban |
| Criminally punishable content | Ban + report to authorities |

Moderation
The Livit team moderates with help from:
- Automated detection of problematic content
- Human moderators
- Community reports
We do not read private conversations unless explicitly reported.
Special cases
Minors
Livit is intended for users aged 15 and older. The App is not directed to children under 13 (COPPA-compliant). Report any account belonging to a child under 13.
Artists and professionals
Artists, organizers, and industry professionals can communicate through dedicated channels with prior approval. Contact support@joinlivit.com.
Satire and humor
Welcome — as long as it doesn't slip into hate speech, harassment, or misinformation.
Updates
These guidelines may be updated. Material changes are announced via in-app notification.
