For any question, bug report, account issue, or feedback:

We aim to respond within 48 hours (business days). Privacy and data-subject requests are handled within 30 days at the latest, as required by GDPR (see our Privacy Policy).

When you write to us, please include:

The model of your device and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
A description of what you were doing and what went wrong
A screenshot or screen recording if the problem is visual

Common topics

Forgot which account I used to sign in: Livit supports Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google. Try both — the wrong one will create a new account; the right one will restore your profile.
I want to change my email: not directly supported. Contact us if needed.
I want to delete my account: open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. See § 14 of our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy for what we retain post-deletion.

Subscription (Livit Premium)

Where do I cancel? iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Livit → Cancel. The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Refund request: Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds on Apple's behalf.
My free trial converted unexpectedly: cancellation must happen at least 24 hours before the trial ends — this is an Apple-side rule we cannot override.
Restore Purchases: on the paywall screen, tap "Restore Purchases" — this re-links any active subscription tied to your Apple ID.

Privacy & data

Access, export, correct, or delete my data: write to support@joinlivit.com with subject "Data subject request". We respond within 30 days. See Privacy Policy § 7.
EU representative / DPO: a GDPR Article 27 representative will be appointed before the App's public launch in the European Union. In the meantime, EU data subjects can contact us at support@joinlivit.com.

Content & moderation

Report a user or message in-app: long-press the message → Report, or open the user's profile → Report.
Report content via email: support@joinlivit.com — subject line "Content report".
DMCA / copyright takedown: see our Copyright policy.
Block a user: open their profile → Block. They can no longer message you, see your profile, or interact with your content.
