Livit respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its Users to do the same. This page summarizes our copyright stance and explains how to report infringing content.
What you may post on Livit
You may only post Content (photos, videos, audio, text) that:
- You personally captured or created, or
- You hold all necessary rights, licenses, consents, releases, and permissions to publish.
This explicitly excludes — and is not limited to:
- Third-party concert recordings or images you did not personally capture
- Copyrighted material such as song clips, lyrics, official artwork, press photos
- Brand or artist logos, ticket scans, or any official artist materials
- Content depicting identifiable people who have not consented to being filmed or photographed
The full obligations and the license you grant by posting are set out in §§ 5 and 6 of the Terms of Use.
